Terms and conditions
1- Free Shipping Promotion
To be eligible for our free delivery program, you must meet the following two conditions:
A- Have completed a purchase of at least $99 before taxes on our website at www.autravail.ca Your purchase amount of $99 can be reached by combining the purchase of several items that would be applied to a single and same deal. For example: A pair of gloves at $15 and a safety shoe at $90 total more than $99 of purchase and make you eligible for free transportation.
B- Request delivery on the territory of Quebec and in a place that is not considered difficult to reach by carriers. Example of a place considered difficult to reach: Les Iles de la Madeleine, Île-d'Anticosti, etc.
Note: At any time, we reserve the right to cancel our free shipping promotion. In this case, the delivery costs will be communicated to you before the shipment of the product. You will have the possibility of canceling your order and being reimbursed.
In addition to our free delivery promotion, we combine a free exchange program, but conditions apply. Please read carefully point 4 which explains these conditions.
2- Shipping costs for Canadian residents
For Canadian residents outside Quebec who make a purchase on our website, the delivery costs are:
Quebec: $7.50 for a purchase between $0.01 to $49.99 before taxes.
Quebec: $10.00 for a purchase between $50.00 to $98.99 before taxes.
Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick : Free for a purchase of $99.00 or more before taxes.
Ontario and New Brunswick: $10.00 fixed for any purchase under $99.00 before taxes.
Canada (Other provinces): $15.00 fixed for any purchase.
3- Shipping costs outside of Canada
For any order requiring delivery outside of Canada, delivery costs are broken down as follows:
United States: $20.00 for a purchase between $0.01 and $50.00 before taxes.
United States: $25.00 for a purchase of $50.01 or more before taxes.
All other destinations: $59.00 fee.
4- Transport costs related to the exchange
No purchase made on our website is refundable. However, we offer the possibility of making exchanges. The transport costs related to the exchange are assumed according to the terms indicated below.
All transport costs related to the exchange are assumed by the customer with the exception of the case mentioned below.
For orders that have qualified for our free delivery program, we offer the possibility of making one (1) exchange for which we again assume the delivery costs only. Note that at all times, the shipping costs for the return of a product, between the customer's home and the Industrial Store, are assumed by the customer. To qualify for the second free delivery, the following conditions must be met:
I- This program only applies to the exchange of an identical product, but of a different size.
II- This program applies only if you have made a purchase of at least $99 before taxes.
III- This program applies only for deliveries in QUEBEC and in regions that are not considered difficult to access by carriers.
If you meet these three conditions, contact our customer service by email at email@example.com and we will provide you with the procedure to follow.
In all other cases, the transport costs related to the exchange will be entirely borne by the customer. If you wish to make an exchange, please contact our customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
For an exchange to be accepted, the product must be unused and completely new. It must be returned to us in its original packaging and in perfect condition. If the packaging is damaged, altered or broken a 20% restocking fee may be charged.
5- Shipping and delivery time.
Our shipping times vary by product. If nothing is indicated on the product purchase page, we are unable to provide you with a lead time. Generally, your product will be shipped within 2-10 business days of your order, but we do not provide any guarantees.
For international shipments, transport can last from 10 days to 8 weeks. For purchases made from France or Belgium, we invite you to contact our customer service at email@example.com if you want faster shipping.
For many products, the shipping time will be between 6 hours and 48 hours. This period is specified on the product description page. For these specifically identified products, if this delay should, for a reason beyond our control, be longer, we will contact you quickly.
6- Product warranty
Our website www.autravail.ca (Le Magasin Industriel) offers a warranty against manufacturing defects only. This warranty never covers discomfort or damage from wear. This warranty is offered to you for a period of six (6) months following the date of purchase. If you submit a claim and qualify for this warranty, a replacement product will be delivered to you free of charge. Note that it is possible that a period of evaluation of the returned product will be imposed on you. Many of our suppliers impose an analysis period for return requests. The transport costs related to the exchange are the responsibility of the customer, but we will assume the delivery of the replacement product.
7- Refund Policy
No refund, but possibility of exchange under certain conditions.
