Where is my order made and can I know the delivery time?

The first step is the receipt of order confirmation. Thereafter, you will receive the Purolator tracking number. Finally, your package will be delivered. If you want more details on the deadlines, write to us at info@autravail.ca .

Can I cancel my order?

Your order may be canceled until we have processed the final shipment with Purolator. Once this step has been completed, your order can no longer be cancelled.
