FREE EXCHANGE PROMOTION
Terms of Freight Related to Exchange and Promotion of Free Exchange.
No purchase made on our website is refundable. However, we offer the possibility of making exchanges. The transport costs related to the exchange are assumed according to the terms indicated below.
All transport costs related to the exchange are assumed by the customer with the exception of the case mentioned below.
For orders that have qualified for our free delivery program, we offer the possibility of making one (1) exchange for which we again assume the delivery costs only. Note that at all times, the shipping costs for the return of a product, between the customer's home and the Industrial Store, are assumed by the customer. To qualify for the second free delivery, the following conditions must be met:
I- This program only applies to the exchange of an identical product, but of a different size.
II- This program only applies to transactions of at least $99 before taxes and which were made during the 15 days preceding the exchange request.
III- This program applies only for deliveries in QUEBEC and in regions that are not considered difficult to access by carriers.
If you meet these three conditions, contact our customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the procedure to follow.
In all other cases, the transport costs related to the exchange will be entirely borne by the customer. If you wish to make an exchange, please contact our customer service by email at email@example.com
For an exchange to be accepted, the product must be unused and completely new. It must be returned to us in its original packaging and in perfect condition. If the packaging is damaged, altered or broken a 20% restocking fee may be charged.
