We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. That is why our products are covered by the manufacturer warranty and by our own satisfaction guarantee.
At the Industrial Store, we are committed to offering only quality products. However, if you believe that one of our products is defective, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our website www.autravail.ca (The Industrial Store) offers a warranty against manufacturing defects only. This warranty never covers discomfort or damage related to wear and tear. This warranty is offered to you for a period of four (4) months following the date of purchase. If you submit a claim and you are eligible for this warranty, a replacement product will be delivered to you free of charge.
Please note that an evaluation period may be required for the returned product. Several of our suppliers impose a review period for return requests. Shipping costs related to the exchange are the responsibility of the client, but we will cover the delivery of the replacement product.
