Delivery Promotion Free
To be eligible for our free delivery program, you must meet the following two conditions:
To have completed a purchase of at least $99 (before taxes) on our website at www.autravail.ca Your purchase amount of $99 can be reached by accumulating the cost of several items which would be applied to a single transaction. For example: A pair of gloves at $15 and a safety shoe at $90 total more than $99 and make you eligible for free shipping.
Ask for delivery on the territory of Quebec and at a location that is not considered difficult to reach by transporters. An example of a location considered difficult to reach: The Magdalena Islands, Anticosti Island, etc.
Note: At any time, we reserve the right to cancel our free shipping promotion. In such a case, shipping fees will be communicated to you before the product is shipped. You will have the option to cancel your order and receive a refund.
At our free delivery promotion, we are also offering a free exchange program, but there are some conditions that apply. Please read point 4 carefully which explains these conditions.
Shipping fees for Canadian residents
For Canadian residents outside Quebec who make a purchase on our website, shipping costs are:
Qubec : $7.50 for a purchase between $0.01 to $49.99 before taxes
Quebec: $10.00 for a purchase between $50.00 to $98.99 before taxes
Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick : Free for a purchase of 99.00$ and more (before taxes)
Ontario and New Brunswick: $10.00 fixed for any purchase under $99.00 before taxes.
Canada (Other provinces): $15.00 fixed for every purchase
Shipping costs outside of Canada
For any order requiring delivery outside of Canada, shipping costs are distributed as follows:
United States: $20.00 for a purchase between $0.01 and $50.00 before taxes.
United States: $25 for a purchase of $50.01 or more (excluding taxes).
For all other destinations: 59.00 $ in fees.
Charges for transportation related to exchange
No purchases made on our website can be refunded. However, we offer the possibility of exchanges. The shipping costs associated with the exchange are covered according to the terms indicated below.
All transport costs related to the exchange are assumed by the client, except for the case mentioned below.
For orders that have qualified for our free shipping program, we offer the option to exchange for which we will again assume shipping costs only. Note that at all times, the cost of transport for returning a product, from the client's home to Industrial Store, is assumed by the client. This program applies only for the exchange of an identical product but of different sizes.
This program applies only if you have made a purchase of at least $99 before taxes.
This program applies only to deliveries within QUBEC and regions not considered difficult to access by transporters.

In all other cases, the shipping costs related to the exchange will be entirely borne by the client. If you wish to make an exchange, please communicate with our customer service via email at info@autravail.ca
For an exchange to be accepted, the product must be unused and completely new. It must be returned to us in its original packaging and in impeccable condition. If the packaging is damaged, altered or broken, 20% restocking fees may be charged.
Delivery and shipping time
Our shipping deadlines vary according to the products. If nothing is indicated on the product's purchase page, it means we are unable to provide you with a deadline. Generally, your product will be shipped within 2 to 10 business days following your order, but we do not offer any guarantees.
For international shipments, delivery can last from 10 days to 8 weeks. For purchases made from France or Belgium, we invite you to communicate with our customer service at info@autravail.ca If you desire a faster transportation
For many products, The shipping deadline will be between 6 hours and 48 hours. This deadline is specified on the product description page. For these specifically identified products, if this deadline should, for a reason beyond our control, be longer, we will communicate quickly with you.
Product warranty
Our site www.autravail.ca The Industrial Store offers a warranty against manufacturing defects only. This warranty never covers discomfort or damage due to wear and tear. This warranty is offered for a period of four (4) months following the purchase date. If you submit a claim and are eligible for this warranty, a replacement product will be delivered to you free of charge. Note that it is possible that a product evaluation period may be imposed on you. Several of our suppliers impose an analysis period for return requests. The costs associated with transport during exchange are the client's responsibility, but we will handle the delivery of the replacement product.
