  • The AirGUARDZ filtering is made using nanofibers obtained by melt-blown process.
  • The diameter of nanofibers obtained by blow-spinning is much smaller (0.6 to 0.8 micron) than that of polypropylene blend blown-spun fibers used in the manufacturing of other masks (2 to 10 microns).
  • Smaller fiber layers provide a denser filtering layer, therefore a more lightweight and dense polypropylene obtained by fusion-blown process. Provides better breathability and excellent filtration capacity.
